Start with 4 Burpees with partner
and do 4 burpees every minute on the emom until total of 150 wall balls is completed with partner.

WOD 2

With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Hang Muscle Clean + Press, 30/20 kg
100 Runs

Alternate with partner after every round
