Pete has been CrossFitting since November 2010.

What he loves about CrossFit – “The High Intensity, Pushing your body beyond limits, hitting PR’s, Everyday is Different, and the CrossFit Community, helping and supporting each other”.

Dislikes: Rehan Ahmad, Getting No Reps, Wall Balls and Rest days

Theresa Hoang

Theresa has been Crossfitting since May 2011

She has participated in many local CrossFit competitions, as well as events such as the Blackmores Half Marathon and MS Sydney to Gong bike ride.

Loves about CrossFit:
-The community and friendships that it can build.
-The methodology of CrossFit and how it can be applied to everyday life.
-The competitive nature that CrossFit harnesses and its ability to encourage people to strive for better at every level.
-Seeing improvements in athletes.
“The reason I completed the CrossFit Level 1 course was to develop a greater understanding of CrossFit and to devote myself to helping others achieve their fitness goals. I am passionate about CrossFit because of how it has changed my family. I enjoy sharing my own experiences and passing on the skills I’ve learnt to others.”
