If you have never tried CrossFit before and are not familiar with a lot of the fundamental movements, we offer an Introductory Start-up Package for $295. This includes a private 1.5 hour fundamentals session to learn the basics of CrossFit plus One month’s membership with access to unlimited group classes.
During your fundamentals session a CrossFit trainer will assess your range of motion, you will learn the basics of CrossFit and also do a workout. After this then you will be able to join in our group classes.
If you have done CrossFit before for at least 6 months then you can jump straight into the group classes, however we will assess your level of experience during your first session.

We can scale any workout to a level that is obtainable and safe for you, regardless of your ability. We have competitive athletes alongside people who are exercising for the first time. Again, all the movements are scalable to all abilities. The only limit is what you place on yourself.

Why do you think sports is a favourite pastime? Everyone loves to see “us vs them”. Our workouts are set up so participants will try to get the best time, the most number of rounds, or use the most weight.
No time: You can squeeze us in that packed schedule.
Our workouts are rarely, if ever, longer than 30 minutes. Many are shorter. Yet you get a total body workout EVERY time and work just as hard as those hours you spend in your average gym.

Our exercises don’t just burn calories and build muscle but they train your body for everyday things in life. Lifting, bending, stepping, climbing, carrying, etc.
