Open to all athletes, of every fitness level!

The Best of the West Games Day this year will involve working out with a partner, to find the fittest pairs in the West!
There will be 4 categories: Men’s Pairs, Women’s Pairs, Mixed Pairs & Kids Pairs (10-16 years).
The competition will cater for all fitness levels and the workouts will be designed so that just about anyone can do them, so no need for separate level categories. However, scaling will be possible on the day if needed.
Each pair will have to complete 3 workouts over the day and these workouts won’t be released until the day of the competition.
Standards of movements will be released upon close of registration so that competitors will have over a month to prepare for the workouts!!

In the remaining time each team member must achieve a 1RM thruster.

*Score for WOD 1 is based on Sandbag Run time.
*Score for WOD 2 is based on both team members’ total weight.

In the remaining time complete as many barbell thrusters as possible.

*Score for WOD 1 is based on Sandbag Run time.
*Score for WOD 2 is based on total number of thrusters completed.
