Five rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts 60/40kg
12 Power Cleans 60/40kg
9 Front Squats 60/40kg
Run/Sprint 200m

OLYMPIC LIFTING:
Max Effort Snatch
Max Effort Clean & Jerk

** This will be run as a mini comp. There will be two barbells set-up, one for the Snatch and the other for the Clean & Jerk. The weights will increase for every round and every person will have three attempts at each weight until knocked out!
